Return Policy

How do I cancel an order on Baray.in?
If incase, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. You can simply email us at orders@baray.in with your order number and cancel mentioned in the subject line.
In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us of the same via email.
Note: Personalized product orders cannot be cancelled / refunded once the order is processed.

Return Policy:
Products are eligible for return if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 7 working days of receiving the package through mail.
We ensure that a brand new replacement is shipped to you at no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when reverse pick up is made.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.

In rare cases where the quality or size of the product is an issue, we would require you to ship the product back to us in a safe condition within 7 working days from the day of delivery. Once we receive the product back in our office, we would issue store credits for the same value of the product. Please note that this case is only applicable in case the product is unused.

Return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.
Certain products where which are for personal hygiene, are not applicable for return. For such products, this note is mentioned directly on the product page.
Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

Refund Policy:
The refund policy is applicable in case the replacement of a damaged product is not available. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made back to the same bank account used to pay for the order. In case of COD orders, customers’ bank account details would be required and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order. Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM/Google pay.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Baray.in is committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame, while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging. Online Paid order are shipped the next 48 working hrs and are mostly delivered within 3-6 working days from the date of dispatch. All COD orders are processed after confirmation from through automated calling system. Once confirmed order will be processed within 48 working hrs.
We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies such as FedEx, Bluedart, and Delhivery only.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will try and ship your items via Government Registered IndiaPost but cannot guarantee the same.

How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units?
There is free shipping charge for all online paid orders within India.
The shipping charge is fixed by courier partner irrespective of the number of products in your cart.
Our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax). As per the Government of India, Baray.in is fully GST compliant.
Relevant GST % will be added to your product total at the checkout.  Note that GST is only applicable for orders within India.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Express delivery is done for all online paid orders which is within 3 – 6 working days (major cities).
Orders placed before 2 pm are dispatched the same working day. Most orders are delivered within 3 to 6 working days from the dispatch date, however, note that no COD order is dispatched until it is confirmed.

Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centres.

Time frame for order from dispatch date:

Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai: 3-6 working days
Rest of India: 5-7 working days.

COD Orders usually take 5-7 working days since a couple of extra days are required at the shipping company’s end for processing.

What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at support@baray.in mentioning your Order ID or call us at 9818073144 (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM).
We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
